Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of UAE Juris (the “Service”), operated by Dianotic LLC (“Dianotic”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in North Carolina, USA. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

UAE Juris provides access to a curated corpus of UAE legal materials through a chatbot and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, with citations linking back to source texts. The Service provides general legal information, not legal advice, and does not create a lawyer-client relationship. See our Disclaimer for important limitations you accept by using the Service.

2. Accounts and API keys

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and any MCP API keys secret, and for all activity carried out under your account or keys. Notify us promptly if you believe a key has been compromised; you can revoke keys at any time from your account page.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law;
• attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, credit metering, or subscription gating;
• resell, redistribute, or bulk-export the corpus except as expressly permitted by your plan;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
• rely on an output as legal advice, or present it as such to a third party.

4. Subscriptions, credits, and payments

Chatbot use is metered in credits; MCP access requires an active subscription. Where payments are enabled, they are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Except where required by law, fees and purchased credits are non-refundable. We may change plans, pricing, or credit rules on a going-forward basis.

5. Intellectual property

Source legal materials are sourced from official publications and remain the property of their respective authorities. The UAE Juris name, design, software, and compilation of the corpus are owned by Dianotic. Subject to these Terms, you may use the outputs you generate for your own legal, business, or research purposes.

6. No warranty and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dianotic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.
