This Privacy Policy explains how Dianotic LLC (“Dianotic”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use UAE Juris (the “Service”). We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service well.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, and any name or avatar provided through your sign-in method (for example, Google).
• Usage data: the questions you ask, the answers and citations returned, your conversation history, credit balance, and MCP API key usage (including when a key was last used).
• Uploaded documents: files you submit for contract review are processed in memory and cached briefly to support follow-up questions. They are not stored in our main database.
• Diagnostic data: anonymised product analytics and error reports that help us fix bugs and improve the Service.
• Payment data: if you purchase credits or a subscription, our payment provider processes your card details. We receive confirmation of the charge but do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

We use this information to provide and secure the Service, answer your questions and store your history, meter credits and gate subscription features, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve quality. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf, including for authentication and database hosting, product analytics, error monitoring, payment processing, and the language and embedding models that generate answers. Each processes data only as needed to deliver its part of the Service.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember an anonymous trial allowance, and understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser, though some features may not work without them.

5. Retention and your choices

Your conversations are kept so you can return to them; you can delete individual conversations at any time, and deleting your account removes your associated data. Uploaded review documents expire automatically from the short-lived cache. To request access to, or deletion of, your personal information, contact us at the address below.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport and storing only a hashed form of your API keys. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International processing and children

Dianotic is based in the United States, and data may be processed there and in other countries where our providers operate. The Service is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
